ASL CLUB (Mrs. Graney)
The American Sign Language (ASL) Club is a welcoming space for students to explore and practice American Sign Language, with the option for VOICE ON or VOICE OFF meetings, depending on comfort level and language experience. Each monthly meeting kicks off with a short mini-lesson featuring new signs connected to holidays or fun themes. Beyond our regular meetings, we host annual Silent Dinners off campus to connect with the Deaf community and build confidence in real-world signing. In the spring, we also fundraise for Cheers for Ears, raising money for Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Hearing Center. Whether you're just starting or already signing, there's a place for you in ASL Club!
