BAGPIPE CLUB (Mr. Shonk)
BAGPIPES CLUB aims to provide traditional Scottish Music for the Fighting Highlanders band as well as important events during the school year. Students will learn in private 30 minute sessions on Monday afternoons until they reach proficiency to play in the Pipe Band ensemble. Beginners will start with a Practice Chanter for a period of 3 to 5 months before moving on to the full bagpipes which will be provided by the school district.
